- The first car was ok. Everything worked and it was clean. Easy to pick up. (but then it got trashed in the floods and we are still waiting to see if we are going to incur any charges when it was floating around the designated car park). This before it filled with water and sank. Water inside was so deep it filled the cup holder on the centre consol
- The fact that they videoed the replacement car which had obviously seen better days. Doors very hard to open from the inside. no blower fan. A/C didn't work. Couldn't lock the doors so had to take everything with us when we left the car. Clutch on it's last legs (biting as soon as you lifted on the pedal). May incur charges for flood damage.

- Na letišti nikdo nečekal, byť jsme uvedli číslo letu. Svoz zákazníků do půjčovny ve městě trval dlouho. Dlouhá čekací doba na předání auta v provozovně. Cena dětského podsedáku byla přemrštěná. Pronajímatel zaznamenával stav vozidla na video u předání i převzetí.U tohoto typu vozidel až přehnaně kontroluje každý milimetr auta.
