I liked the Fiat 500X very much easy to drive, economical, comfortable. With being an older driver the car was perfect for getting in and out, sitting, driving. No complaints on the make of car. would like this car every time.
desk was closed in airport had to use outside cabin and its a long walk to the rental car parking.

I booked to pick car up for 1pm.Flight late so it was 1.45 when I got to cabin and car was not ready and had to wait 10 mins.Not good enough.Had I been on time I would not want to wait 50mins for my pre-booked car.

I have used Hertz car rental on more than one occasion and I have no problem with using your company again. I am very pleased with the service i have received so far.
The only thing I didn't like was that I had to walk around past departures to get the car.It was raining and I didn't bring my coat.

Hertz representative was very pleasant and helpful. The car (Ford Fiesta 1.0 Titanium) was brand new (10 miles only on clock) was spotless, and very comfortable, economical and pleasant to drive.

The pick-up point was a long, long way from the the Hertz desk. I think that applies to all rental companies. You must be healthy to do it!!

I rented the car from Friday to Tuesday morning. The price is very expensive.
I had ordered a sat nav but it wasn't in the car when I got in so I had to go back to the desk and queue again for 15mins to get one

Full to Full fuel policy. New car.
Too far to walk from the rental desk to the collection point. For people who are not 100% able or for those with a young family or a lot of luggage, or, if it is raining, the distance involved is just too far. I was fortunate that there are wheels on my suitcase but, the surface is quite rough in places. All the car hire companies need a shuttle bus service or a covered moving walkway.

a relatively long walk to the pick up area which did not matter as the weather was fine but would not have been pleasant if it had been raining. This pick up area was the same for all the hire companies so this is not a complaints against Hertz

Return of vehicle was confusing due to the relocation of the returns area. They had not completed the relocation process and consequently there were no members of staff available to receive the vehicle or the keys.

Would have liked to get ford focus as advertised but got Kia Ceed. Was interested in trying this car anyway but I am a little prone to back pain and journey was to Lincoln so after 1 hour both ways the low car seat caused some discomfort. Also model had a bit more road noise than expected. Other than that all great
