Making changes to your booking

If you need to make a change to your booking, our team is able to help you if you’d like to:

Add a flight number
Update your contact information

You’ll need to cancel your existing booking and make a new one online if you need to:

Change the date of your pick-up/drop-off
Change the pick-up/drop-off location
Update or change the name of the main driver
Extend your rental
Upgrade your car

It'll help us find your details quickly if you have your booking number to hand when you call.
