Fast procedure, efficient and polite staff.

The counter staff at Trapani airport was very fast and friendly to provide all the information we need. However, the service at Palermo airport was very poor.

Only on our 3rd day trip, we had encountered some motor problems. We had no choice but changed our way to Palermo airport firstly in order to exchange the other car. The staff had charged €30 for the petrol as the car needed to be “returned” in full petrol. However, the compensation for all these inconvenience had caused??
