Quick and efficient. No 'flannel' straight forward and efficient like it. if the prices next time is again competitive I will choose them again.

Ease of access to the rental desk from the airport itself.
The Sat Nav in the first car we were given didn't work. Had we not tried to operate it before driving away i worry we would not have been able to get to our destination, which was the whole point in hiring the car & we may also have been blamed and charged for its malfunction on our return. It is the last thing i would expect to have had to check.

The car was a Toyota Arrys(spelling) and I really liked this car. It was a hybrid and fuel efficient. It was easy to drive, responsive, good visibility, comfortable. I would buy this car if we had it in the USA.
The instructions were only in Dutch. The speedometer was in kilometers and did not have miles on it so that made it a bit tricky driving in Great Britain. Last but not least, the manual showed how to change the tire but there was no spare tire in the car when we blew a tire so had to be towed and buy another tire.

The vehicle hired was fantastic. All staff at Hertz Schiphol were obliging and efficient.
Car colour was black and the vehicle did get hot.

The car was great, it was clean and pleasant driving.
No navigation - Lucky enough I had my credit card with me, but it would have been good to know this up front - Nobody available in Maastricht to take the car back, so I felt a bit unsure about it, if everything was ok.

Overall the car and friendly staff and helpful hints were very good
navigation system was configured to avoid motorways by previous rent. It took a while to realize that we were avoiding motorways when in actual fact we wanted to get to our destination in the shortest possible time. What happened was we were taken across the Ijsselmeer to reach Heerenveen A 5 hour trip which should have taking no more then 2 hours. Cheers

Staff efficient rather than friendly. Car park is so far removed from rental centre! Not good when you have a lot of luggage.

They upgrade us to Audi A1 sport line. Car was absolutely new with only 500 km on it. Amazing experience. And yeah, it was automatic:)

I rented a VW Polo but was given a new Ford Focus with only 3500 Kms on it and was very pleased with both vehicle and the Hertz staff. This is the 3rd time I've used Rentalcars as my rental company. Twice in Amsterdam and once in Orlando Florida and I would highly recommend your company and HertZ to others. The car required was a 5 door, we were given a 3 door. Access in to the back was not good. We all so required a 9 & 6 seeter but they couldn't supply.

Location of the desk of rental companies are fine, just the pickup of the car is on the far end of the airport (for all rental companies).

I like the car it was very economic and clean. The staff was very efficient when I pick up the car.
when I drop off the car I felt a bit lost because there was no information what to do after you leave the car in the parking(Rotterdam airport.The parking system in Netherlands is no good, you cannot pay with coins in the parking machine or even with bank card. I think we should be informed about the parking system in this country by the staff and them should tell us what other options are available.

Lack of follow up from Mercedes Netherlands when we had a board computer issue.

Travelling with disabled elderly parents, the member of staff to whom I returned the car could not have been more helpful, taking us from the drop off to the special assistance point in the airport.
Sat nav needs updating to identify roads blocked with bollards!
