Ace Rent a Car at Palm Springs Airport

It was perfect, zero complaints

Insurance was reasonably priced.

It’s a hassle getting to Ace from the airport. It’s a mile or two away, so requires a shuttle, while the other rental companies are right in the terminal. Upon arrival, I was informed there was only one vehicle left—a minivan (I reserved a sedan). They offered to call when a car became available, but no one did. Gas tank also wasn’t full.

Drivers and counter staff all provided great customer service.

Had to wait while shuttle had to return to ACE office to drop off other passengers.
