- Customer service was great. The representatives were attentive and took care of us with full explanation what to expect and to do when returning.
- The car we’ve received had issues with starting the car everytime we got into the car. We got the Honda Fit and initially the car wouldn’t turn on, and that we had to wait 5 seconds/beeps upon pressing “start” button THEN press it again to start the car. Did not always work. Also had to make sure the key fob had to be very close to the front.

- Size of vehicle was exactly what we needed.
- Did not feel safe with wheel/tires size of vehicle. Should have rented something larger for certain roads we traveled on.
