Nice car slightly better than we tought
New Ford ecosport v Fiesta./
Staff did not explain how to open tailgate. Only remote key which they said meant that if we left key in car
it would lock. It should have had an emergency manual key for front door lock.

pricecar was a bit dirty-inside-
has minor scraches etc.
drop off took time 5-10 minutes check the car and all details etc. normally it took 1-2 min.
initially iffered opel combo not ford focus and waited / disputed etc. at the end got what I booked.

In general very good and pleased overallProblems at arrival at Frankfurt,due to two rental areas in each building followed hire car signs to centre told normally you are outside but closed on Sundays Eventually used sky train to other terminal.
This should have been made easier and clearer to find on paperwork.
Instructions should be sent via email.

The car was brand new with 420km on the clock. There was an indication flashing intermittently on the dashboard that the charging system for the battery needed servicing now. It was not a problem. The car run smoothly but it's something that you should probably check.

The upgrade was really nice but the price for the value was really not there. The sales person at the counter was talking so fast we were not sure really how much the upgrade was until we saw the print out.The return process was a little hard as they had you park it in an area that was not really well lit so it was hard to look the car over both on pickup and drop off.

First of all i would like to thank all those who work day and night for improvement. When i went to the rent a car desk there was a lady with name of AWESTA she was very kind and professional and helpful. She guided me very polite and she upgraded my car for free and she knew that i had a 7 hours flight. Bravo to miss.awestaI wish that you had more staff team like miss.awesta

I received a car upgrade which significantly increased/enhanced the rental experience.I won,t use Global again as their facilities are limited to Terminal 2 in Frankfurt and I use Terminal 1 for my flights.
