- Car was fine.
- I have received a further bill, after dropping the vehicle off, from Thrifty for £222.45 which I do not understand and is unacceptable. Please investigate urgently and advise.

- The lady at the desk was absolutely lovely!
- The AC was botched. Thankfully, was in Cali so was able to drive around with the windows down comfortably. I didn't realize till later (thinking it may take a while to cool off due to the hot weather). The side of the car had a long scratch on it but I was in a hurry to get to a job.

- Drop off was an easy experience
- Horrible customer service and car. Barely drove 20 miles - tire blew out on a freeway - and nothing covers tires. Took forever to get a fix and then a new car to get back on the road. Would never waste money with them again.
