- The metal rack that holds the spare tire was loose and kept banging every time I would put on the brakes or accelerate. There was no liquid in the window washer container. The front right tire had a leak that cost me $28 at discount tires to get patched three times I had to put an air before I got it fixed, very disappointed

- I was overcharged and they said I agreed to it. I sent them the Booking.com screenshots and they basically said too bad.

- Car itself was good in general, except oil change warning on dashboard
- I was double charged. The price I paid on Booking.com and then they have charged me again saying they don't really care about third party.
