- The car was ok and the rental price was ok but the insurance was higher price, and it did not include the mandatory insurance plus it is not eligible in the country of use. Booking should not offer third party products like insurance that does not apply to the country one will rent a car. It feels like it is scam.
- The rental company was horrible, wanted to charge me exorbitant amount of money for insurance for one day of rental. In the terms of what was included in the rental was supposed to include the Mexican mandatory third party liability insurance, but when I went to pick up, the person in the counter said it is a lie and that I had to pay more.

- First - very upset with Bookings.com. The car I booked and paid $2,000 was available to me for approx $1200 if I had booked it directly with Mex. I realize now what a joke the Genius 3 business is. I am surprised at the huge difference in pricing.
