- Bunch of thieves. I rented and paid for 9 days ahead of time. I arrived and was told the car was already rented out. They tried to upgrade me for double the price. I left and rented from Avis. I will not pay my credit card bill.

- Vehicle was nice: should have been since we were charged double there on line price when we arrived.
- We were 1.5 hours later than we put on rental application because of mechanical issues with connecting flight in Miami.(4:30 instead of 3:00). They told us our car was gone nd they had to give us an upgrade that doubled the rental cost!!
