- The car was not in too bad a condition and there's transport from the airport to rental location
- DO NOT RENT from Europcar. Surprise mandatory insurance to cover for totalled or theft of the car when I picked it up. This was $500 which was the price of the rental, so cost was doubled. I was also charged $150 for a minor mark in the front of the car. Scam company

- nothing, rentalcar.com did not disclose prior to me making the payment that they would be a US$15,100 security deposit withdrawal from my account plus an extra car insurance for $291 US. This was only disclosed after I made the payment on a nonrefundable booking, so this is basically stealing and lying.

- The staff were very nice and very helpful.
- The car that I booked on carrental.com was $30 for 4 days. What I paid though was over $650 for 4 days. I will also never rent online again from carrental.com. what a scam!
