- Drop off process was super easy and staff was very friendly and quick to get us on our way. The car was tiny and ended up being the perfect size and good power needed for Italy driving.
- Driving in Italy is not easy. We used the train system as much as we could. If you can plan your vacation without needing to drive, I highly recommend it.

- We were told we could drop the car off in Central Florence which turned out not to be true and involved much driving through the city center and getting back from the airport.

- We ordered a Fiat 500X and were given a Peugeot 2008 instead...an inferior car. Yesterday, a charge appeared on our credit card for $112.84 without any explanation.
