Friendliest & most effecient rental staff EVER!
Following a 7 hour flight from Dublin and facing a 4 hour drive to Washington DC I was delighted to meet such friendly, courteous and effecient staff at Alamo Kennedy Airport. They were most professional and helpful and while explaining extras not included in my rental the staff were in no way pushy and greatly enhanced my trip by advising me to take a Sat Nav and an EzyPass. I would have been lost without these two items. The agent who rented me the car was a joy to deal with and I contacted her Manager on my return and I intend to write to Alamo about my experience. Even the gentleman who took my car on return was most pleasant and effecient. The staff at Jamaica JFK are an absolutely credit to Alamo. I will definitely be back.
Great service and value for money!
All that i asked for was made available with the car. it was clean, in great condition and excellent staff asistance. i picked up a flat tyre and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was back rolling again as soon as possible as i had an appointment. First Class.

Our founders had the simple idea of wanting to make renting cars much better. And we’ve flourished because our customers love how we work.
We started in 2004 as TravelJigsaw. Four years later, we were making 1000 bookings a day. In 2010, we joined the Priceline Group and rebranded as Rentalcars.com.
Fast forward to today and we’re making 8 million bookings a year (and counting) in over 60,000 locations across 160 countries.
