- The initial price
- The fact that when I could not use this rental car, even though Hertz said they would refund the money, Booking.com would NOT give me a refund. Never using you again. Telling others not to use you either. Want to change my mind, give me a refund.

- Excellent customer service with rentalcars.com. They helped me switch car rental companies at the last minute due to an insurance question. They did not charge me for the initial reservation even though I cancelled it at the last minute. And, Hertz was very good as well.
- Was not aware of the very large deposit the rental car company charges when you pick up the car. They do cxl the charge when the car is returned, if no problems, but it would have been nice to know we would be hit with that on our credit card.
