Adocar Rental at Cancun Airport

Not located at airport. Couldn't get ahold of anybody in the office. Had to go with another company. Still have not been able to talk to anybody from company. Banking that I will not see a refund from the rental that I never used.

There wasn't anything to like.

The representative was not at the airport to pick me up and take me to the office, so I had to spend money on a taxi to get to the site to pickup the car. They downgraded my vehicle, even though there was a vehicle of the type I requested sitting right there on the lot. They charged me for more insurance and they placed a $900 hold on my card.

There was at least a car available

The condition of the car. Wiper blades, interior light, speedometer, radio settings did not work.
