- Only that the Ad Blue had to be added 2 times at my cost because it was not a full tank when I picked up the vehicle

- Very friendly and professional staff, and they speak great English. No issues with the checkout or the checkin. Car was brand new! I enjoyed driving it. Included snow chains, and safety kit.

- The staff was very helpful and willing to help, nice to have some chat with them. In really few minutes I had the car at the check in and also less in order to do the check out. PSR team is great!
