- They overcharged me and did not disclose the amount until the end. I was supposed to pay just for the drop off fee to leave the car at the airport in Rome which had been anticipated from you to be around $ 70 or euro 57, instead my credit card was charged Euro 285, will go to day at Maggiore in Pisa to dispute this charge.

- Tire pressure warning light came on on after a few minutes. Retuned car immediately, but were told it was just a faulty inidcator, not a puncture. Pressure continued to drop, so checked the tire later in the week. Indicator was correct - it was a puncture. Also, no cap on fuel intake, fuel tank not full, and car not very clean.
