- I had to spend 52 euros to fill up the oil reserve on the second day. A rental car is to be in good basic condition upon pick,up. I have asked economy for a refund for the oil cost but have not heard from them. I have rented dozens of cars and I never have had this problem. I am very displeased.

- We did not receive the car we booked and the representative was rude and condescending when we pushed back. We wanted to a mid-size/small car and were given a large SUV. We were spending our trip on narrow roads and small towns where parking was an issue. When we explained to the representative that we wanted a smaller car, he was rude and yelled.
