- Nothing - I didn’t even receive a car despite paying for one
- Worst rental experience of my life - I will never use them or booking.com for rentals ever again. I had a confirmed booking that was fully paid for and they didn’t have a car to give me. I also didn’t receive a refund. Absolute travesty. Had to scramble to find another rental car company that had an available car and pay double on the fly.

- We didn't get our car! And the desk worker was not empathetic towards travelers and did not check the flight information we input upon booking. He makes us as a no show when our flight was delayed and charged us in full a second time for a different car.
