Drivalia at Pisa Airport

New car, well kept. Easy to rent at airport.

Drop off in Mestre was not clearly indicated and did require some searching. Agent did try and sell insurance we didn't need, and we didn't buy, despite the pressure and fear factor.

Barbara was fantastic on the front desk. Lovely person to deal with. Friendly and professional.

Dropping off was really difficult. No clear direction. Staff assisting not friendly or clear with instruction. When you are catching a flight, it puts a lot of pressure on getting to the gate.

Thd directions too and from rental counters.

One of The cars headlight was not working which made it a real challenge to drive on mtn roads in traffic late at night. It took over 30m to get the car as they were missing one employee for the day. When we returned the car the agent tried to extort a 10€ fee for “cleaning.” The car was returned cleaned btw.
