- Very nice car. Came equipped with GPS which was a very nice extra.
- Dropping off in Bologna was confusing. We arrived a little before 7pm to find no one in the parking garage to receive the car and no instructions on how to turn the car in. I went into the terminal and found the Budget rental desk to turn in the car. The agent explained the parking garage attendants leave at 7pm but they must have left early.

- Very prompt service at the counter and at the car park
- The counter said the gas tank was full and it was not. I, in turn made sure it was full when I returned it so I paid for gas I did not use.
