TRAC Astra Rent A Car at Bali Airport

NOT at the airport NOT open when we arrived Waste of time and money

They were there to greet us. There was confusion of where we were suppose to drop the car off - but they were a very accessible to come get us.

There was confusion of where we were suppose to drop the car off - they told us one place and it was suppose to be another. We had to give a deposit - and it had to be in cash (not expected). They did not have change and told us we would get that back when we returned the car. The person greeting us had no idea about that.

The entire process from online booking to picking up the car was easy and fuss free.

Not rentalcars fault but driving and parking in Bali is challenging!!
