- The car was in good condition.
- There was no staff at the pick and drop of the car to evaluate it's condition. GPS built in the car was causing problems in all modes - several times leading to the streets which were obviously too narrow for the width of this car (Renault Clio). This had led to the inevitable scratching of the body of the car. After we had to avoid using GPS.
