drop off quick and efficient, although staff at Cancun almost demanded a tip. You're not going to argue with them when they are the ones checking the condition of the returned car so it's a bit of a crap move

pick up clunky at Merida, had to phone the office as the rental document said the pick up is in the terminal. Well, it's not. Also the inside of the car was utterly filthy

Would prefer fuel tank to be full, rather than ‘almost full’.
