I have booked an Hyundai I25 because i wanted to have a trunk where I can put in my 2 suitcases. I got an "Upgrade" for an Audi A1, which is lovely to drive, however the trunk is small and suitable only for some shopping bags but not for normalsized suitcases

Good use of technology to speed rental and return processes.
This particular car was pretty beaten up, both inside (on the dashboard controls) and outside (a lot of scrapes, though this wasn't really a problem.

I got an upgrade. The staff was very friendly.
When I returned the car at 8.00, I had to wait the office was closed as the personal arrived late at 8.10.

The car was small but lovely.
I had booked an Opel Corsa but was given an Opel Adam which has a smaller load space. I said this at the desk when I went to collect the car but was told I had to take it. I loved the Adam, it was a lovely car to drive but lack of load space meant I struggled get everything in when I took my family to the Dead Sea.

Ease of pickup and delivery
Car wasn't equipped with floor mats which made it hard to clean and boot cover was damaged. Minor things though.

Counter staff and pick up staff were efficient
Both Sixt and I took photos of the car when picked up but pre-existing damage wasn't pointed out so I had concerns that any could be blamed on me on returning the car

Really liked the built in Waze in the Hyundai i20
Why does it take so long to process the customers at BG Airport? Car was brand new but terrible on hills around Jerusalem due to the automatic not changing down a gear when going up hills.

At arrival we realized we booked the wrong car class. Even though the office at the airport did not have the one we were in need of, somehow the nice lady arranged the right vehicle to arrive quickly and we set to an amazing vacation. Thank you so much!

The staff at the reception desk and car collection point were very friendly & effective. At the car return the operator receiving the car was very good and efficient, the operator at the return desk was initially reluctant to provide me with a paper confirming the return.
