Car wasn't cleaned when I took over, but it's not a big problem

at pick up clerk was very helpful and flexible
had to wait more than 10 minutes, to just drop off due to other customers before me having issues with their credit card. However, it was not the clerk fault. When i asked i got helped pretty quickly

Car was excellent, check out straightforward
We were not told that the office closed between 1pm and 3:30pm. The Avis office kindly checked in our car when we arrived at just after 1pm. Otherwise we would have missed our train.
