New car
After 200 km tire pressure light on, tires checked and ok. At 400 km information system went out. Interesting for a brand new Seat Ibiza.

Location was difficult to find Booking for 8am and office didn;t open until 9am so put our schedule out as had a long day of travel. Need to have process to save time on collection - too long on every rental

The representative was very helpful in resolving a wrong car allocation--she went out of her way to meet our requirements
Despite specifically requesting a diesel vehicle a petrol car was allocated--was resolved by representative. took almost 1 hour to get vehicle as only 1 representative was on duty
