The kind lady who sorted out the issue with the overcharge
We upgraded the car and when we returned there had been an error by the counter staff causing an overcharge

Although pre booked when arrived national did not recognise booking saying it had been cancelled, took over an hour to get a vehicle after calling rental cars...and 3 days to get resolution due to being told I had an invalid booking, had to get rental cars to contact the manager and re-organise the booking...this was very poor and unacceptable...how could this have happened!!
