- We were very impressed with the Lancia we were given. It was surprisingly economical, we did over 1400 KM and only had to fill it up twice (including when we handed it back) It was also a hybrid which may have saved us an unintentional ZTL zone fine. Staff were helpful, even though we turned up 1hr 45 early for collection they were able to help
- The guy we reported any faults/ marks to when we actually picked up the car didn't seem too interested. The invoice at the end was a little confusing.

- Had problems with the clutch. Twice the pedal did not come back up following it being depressed which meant I was unable to change gear again. This I remedied by pulling the pedal back up with my foot The area at the back of the engine, by the front screen washers was filthy with lots of pine needles.
