- Price more expensive than a car I had booked from another company. Did not have to provide a credit card which is why I had to change my booking.
- Wasn’t shown around the car, how to operate it, check bodywork etc.

- Good company Very helpful member of staff in Pisa Airport- Rosella. Explained everything clearly.
- I just don’t like returning the car & there is no one there to inspect it for me. I understand that this was due to the fact that I was returning the car at 4 am but I took a video and photos of the car. I also took a photo of the full tank of petrol I returned the car with. I chose Avis because of their good reputation.
