Upgrade at a minimal cost
Arrived at desk at 7.15 however was not allowed to even start the paperwork until 8 and then it is a good 10 min walk with luggage to car

the Sixt rental car desk did not open until 7am, plane arrives at 6.10am, 4 people were already waiting at desk for it to open to obtain their car.

I didn't like that I got a Skoda as opposed to a BMW tourer that I booked, but the check in guy said it was better as I had stated that I had 5 bags of luggage and he said the Octavia Skoda would therefore be more practical. The alternative was a Mercedes A class.

Queue at desk - 1 agent. Agent was good but process very slow. At times like this people should be directed to the cabin at the car park not strung across the terminal.

Our flight was a bit late so did not collect until 24.15 hours and Vikal the young man on the desk waited for us and was extremely helpful, so would like to put a good word in for him as he did over and above what was expected.Due to the lateness he upgraded us so that we did not have to walk so far to collect our car.

the cleanliness and condition of the car
1. i booked a BMW, but i got a skoda instead. major dissapointment. 2. the attendent did not show us the details on how the car works. it takes us so much time before we could start driving since we have to run to and fro from the car to the rental desk to inquire about things we don't know about the car.

Car was surprising good and fuel efficient. Pickup/drop off not a problem.
Didn't get the car I wanted. Was advertised as a bmw but got a vauxhall. Not the same category. Couldn't extend my booking on the phone.

The 2 staff members were fantastic and entertaining (I may have the names wrong, Sandeep and savakas). They were helpful in making sure that we had the appropriate coverage incase anything goes wrong.

the staff were plesant and efficient
the door to the glove compartment was broken off on one side and fell down while I was driving on the motorway which wasnt great. I should have been made aware of this problem when I took the car. Also the car smelt badly of cigarettes which was unpleasant for a non smoker.
