Staff very friendly and prompt- seeme dto know what they were doing. We had a discussion about insurance without the feeling of pressure. Although we speak adequate French they spoke ,both on pick up and return, so that was useful sometimes when our French wasnt quite up to it. Walked us to the car- gave good instructions for leaving Metz and for our return. They offered an upgrade which we chose not to take but appreciated. Car was low mileage.
Only things beyond the staffs control like the need to do a couple of circuits to get to the (underground)car park. Also didnt understand that although the car park sign said 'full' we were exempt from that - we drove in anyway and the barrier let us in.
