Short queue, efficient staff, simple fuel policy and lower deposit than other options. Lack of space in the return carpark, and the location of the carpark resulting in the desk clarks being unable to check car with you.

Very efficient collect and drop off. Full to full tank is fair and I will not use any company with a return empty policy as they are actually more expensive, we covered the whole island over 11 days on half a tank. A few scratches on car so difficult to prove what is and is not new damage. To be fair there was extensive description on hire paperwork. They did offer to change to a "return empty" policy despite my booking "return full" - a bit naughty!!
