Even though it was a different car, it was spacious, ran well, was clean and easy to drive once we'd figured out we had to put the clutch in when starting. I'm sure that, if there was no language barrier, we would have picked that up from the staff member. The car was right outside the arrival doors, paperwork was quickly completed. The price was much better than companies with a desk in the airport.
Directions for pick-up were a bit confusing. It says a staff member would meet us at the short stay car park but he was inside. We arrived early so we missed him on the way out as he didn't put up his paper with my name on it til he was inside. Most of it came down to our ignorance of speaking no German though.
