We didn't realise the mileage was limited to 150km per day. Was too little.

My deposit wasn't released at drop-off. I had to phone Europcar customer services to speak to someone to get my deposit released on my credit card.

Condition of car, speed of collecting the car.Pleasant staff.
No-one on duty when I returned the car in the garage. Apparently there are obvious signs to tell you what to do but not so obvious that I could see them.

I booked a Golf and they give us a Peugeot Partner. It is a huge difference between both cars.

We were supplied with a Skoda Octavia. The car used 5l per 100km so outstanding economy.
We needed to point out some panel damage that was not recorded before we took control of the car.

Lots of extra equipment in the car.
I had expected free kilometers, but there was a limit applied when you rented the car for 10 days or more. I rented for 10 days precisely and due to this I paid a hefty overprice for the car that basically doubled my expense.

The smell of smoke in the car. How difficult it was to get to where the car was parked. Better signs would help.

The staff at pick up were friendly and helpful.
The car had not been cleaned from the previous hire. The seats were stained and had obviously never been cleaned. Would not expect this for the amount of money paid.

The car was easy to drive and had navigation built in which was handy. There was a lot of space in the car and the boot was quite large
The provided car seats were not in good condition and didn't fit properly in the car

The car condition is pretty good.
signage leading to the exact car return aisle; it took me 3 trials to make it correctly; and the passages on the return floor were so narrow that make the situation even worse.

There was quite a queue at the desk which took about 15 minutes to clear when there was an unmanned station which could easily be used to relieve the wait. Overall not a problem.

We were suspected of damaging the car at the counter even if the guy inspecting the car during drop-off said this was no problem. Thankfully we took pictures when picking up the car so we had proof this was not done by us. All charges were dropped.
