The lady in ABQ was nice and took care of me
When I went to drop off the car at the Ramada in Las Cruces, there was no Hertz representative therefore I never received a receipt. I left the vehicle in the designated Hertz parking area and dropped of the keys in the mailbox but I felt a little strange leaving with no confirmation that Hertz was okay with everything. I did call the number listed at the Hertz counter (which said they would be back and call this number (which was a a local Las Cruces number) which was forwarded to the Hertz automated system which I felt was definitely unsatisfactory and it is a prime example of someone who doesn't want to do their job. I real person on the other in would have been great just to confirm what I was doing was okay. Luckily I didn't have any complications with my rental.
