- 1. Car stated as full tank but only 3/4 full. Good thing I drove back to correct as on dropping off the lady insisted on full tank until she read the paperwork. 2. I still don't have the £800 deposit that was taken out my bank account paid back despite being told it was instantaneous. 3. On collection I was informed because I took out the insurance
