The mobile phone cannot be charged in the car, so I have to use a power bank all the time. There is no mobile phone holder in the car, and there is no place to put the mobile phone after turning on the navigation. very inconvenient.

The car was fine.

Chaotic service at Bali airport; misleading information; staff very slow to arrive; etc. In addition, they claimed there were scratches at the end. We proved they were wrong with one, but the video we took at pick-up didn’t show the part of the car where they claimed there was a second new scratch. Dishonest organisation!

The condition of the Car

I waited for about 1 day to receive my car because TRAC assumed no show though it was late flight. They never bothered to check the status with me so I had to wait one day and hence extra spend one day rental and other charges to receive the car at Hotel. Then they also returned less money of my deposit. Overall not a seamless experience
