Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a brand new car, which was nice.
A little unsure about drop off procedure as no one was there, and there was a key dropbox at the car park, but we brought the key into the airport and used the dropbox at the desk.

lots of extras which we would expect as standard e.g. roadside assistance, also the plane was delayed so arrived at 10.30p.m. and had to pay for out of hours collection.

We (group of seven) were basically satisfied with this Renault Traffic. Especially the fuel consumption was favorable. Easy to drive.
There was still some garbage in the car when picked up; several small details were not in order (such as one of the safety belts); the slide door was difficult to close; the cooling liquid proved to be low after only some days.

Sixt was not easy to find in Split airport as it is on 1st floor and most of the other car rental companies are on ground floor. Queue was rather long and it took some time to get the car.

Sixt personnel tried to sell their own damage insurance while they already knew I had paid one and pointed out from the voucher.

After taking your proposed additional Insurance, Sixt Rental Car told us that this was useless and waisted money.We had to take again an additional Insurance by Sixt to have our deposit safe!This extra 700 Kuna and was actually waisted money. During the 10 days of rental the radio was not working due to lack of the radio-code Sixt was not able to give us the code for the radio and the service of VW did not provide the code to them.

Great car, brand new seat Leon. Very easy to drop off.
Having to queue for about an hour once arriving at Split, with two agitated young children, to pick up the car. Only one guy on the desk. Very inefficient.

Easy to drop off Big enough for the family Good price
Was expecting an MPV but actually got a van which was very large and difficult to manoeuvre in tight streets! It was also quite old with no mod cons in terms of ohine connectivity which meant I could not use a phone to navigate. Pick up took a long time as only one chap on the desk working flat out!
