The car. It was a 1.4 Vauxhall Astra but was seriously underpowered. It meant I couldn’t overtake on the motorway. Very frustrating.

The man who did the collection/drop off was more than helpful and friendly. The car had a lot of stone chips and dents in it!

We arrived back late due to traffic to return our car and the staff did everything within their power to get us across to airport and we didn't miss our flight. Big thank you to the wonderful staff at Budget Cars Leeds Bradford Airport.

Economy of the vehicle The vehicle was not full of fuel(this is the second time), therefore I lost money(probably £10) as I filled it when I returned it.
